We want you to love your new jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
